Ballots for the Nov. 5 general election go in the mail today, Oct. 16, to all 46,647 registered voters in Clallam County. A state Voter’s Guide will be mailed from the state separately. The cutoff for registering to vote (in person) is Oct. 28. Drop-boxes include Sequim City Hall, 152 W. Cedar St., and the Clallam County Courthouse, 223 E. Fourth St., Port Angeles.
