Beaches closed to shellfish harvesting

The following beaches in Clallam County are listed with the closure in effect due to paralytic shellfish poisoning: all species — the Strait of Juan de Fuca from Cape Flattery eastward to the Jefferson County line, Discovery Bay and all ocean beaches.

Sequim Bay is closed to butter clams and varnish clams only.

All species means clams (including geoduck), oyster, mussels and other invertebrates such as the moon snail.

All areas are closed for the sport harvest of scallops.
