Bob Saget, former host of "America's Funniest Home Videos" was on the peninsula with an A&E TV network film crew on Sunday, April 11.

Bob Saget, former host of "America’s Funniest Home Videos" was on the peninsula with an A&E TV network film crew on Sunday, April 11.

He was interviewed at the George Washington Inn, a bed and breakfast at 969 Finn Hall Road between Sequim and Port Angeles, for an upcoming series on unusual Americana. Its working title is "Bob Saget’s Strange Days."

The inn, built as a replica of George Washington’s home Mount Vernon, also is home to Washington Lavender.

The series is expected to air in late summer.
