Cancer support groups continue in July at OMC

Olympic Medical Cancer Center, 844 N. Fifth Ave., Sequim, continues its monthly offerings of cancer support groups — most of them free, drop-in sessions.

A women’s cancer support drop-in group facilitated by Maggie Jamison, Ph.D., meets from 1-3 p.m. on the second and fourth Tuesdays, July 9 and 23, in the OMCC library.

A men’s cancer drop-in group, with facilitator J. Fields of Harmony Hill, meets from 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m. on the third Monday, July 16, at the OMCC conference room.

“Look Good, Feel Better,” a skin and hair care program for those undergoing cancer treatment, also meets the third Monday, July 16, from 3-4:30 p.m. in OMCC’s conference room. Registration is required for this program.
