A meeting of Stop The Checkpoints is scheduled for 2-3:30 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 4, at the Port Angeles Library Ray Carver meeting room, 2210 S. Peabody St., Port Angeles. Shown will be a variety of film clips and videos of the many immigrant rights activist sit-ins, fasts, marches and protests around the country and the world. The public is invited and refreshments will be served.
