Clallam County 4-H held its annual Achievement Day on Nov. 2 at the Sequim Elks Lodge. Masters of ceremonies were Molly Gort and Ruminta Carpenter. Members and leaders were presented year pins for completion of the 2007-2008 4-H year. Leaders’ Council officers were announced: president, Judy Richmond; vice president, LaDona Wilson; treasurer, Gayle Taylor; secretary, Manon Heistand.
Scholarships went to Matthew Schuchardt, Lambchops; David Schuchardt, Lambchops; Stacey Waldrip, Energetic 4-Hers; Paul McCann, Energetic 4-Hers.
