On Tuesday, Oct. 30, the Clallam County Auditor’s Office received 2,815 valid ballots, bringing the General Election turnout total to 17,017 ballots, or a little more than 36 percent, according to county auditor Patty Rosand.
Voters who have not yet received a ballot should contact the county auditor’s office at 360-417-2221, or come to the courthouse to verify their registration and obtain a ballot, she said.
Election day is Nov. 6; ballots must be voted and placed in a ballot drop box by 8 p.m. or mailed no later than Nov. 6.
Ballots with postmarks after Nov. 6 will not be accepted, Rosand said.
