The Clallam County Democrats organization will feature former Gov. Gary Locke as the keynote speaker for the annual Franklin and Eleanor Roosevelt Dinner from 4:30-8 p.m. Friday, Oct. 23, at Club Seven in 7 Cedars Casino in Blyn.

There will be a social hour from 4:30-5:30 p.m., with a buffet dinner from 5:30-6:45 p.m. and the program from 6:45-8 p.m. Tickets are $55 before Oct. 10 and $440 for a table of eight before that date.
