Donations continue for Ukrainian refugees

Local support for Ukrainian refugees continues at three churches this summer, with volunteers most recently compiling 88 kits with housewares at Dungeness Valley Lutheran Church on July 26.

Church staff said volunteers built the kits with ongoing donations started at a kickoff collection drive on June 28.

Members of Dungeness Valley Lutheran Church, St. Luke’s Episcopal Church and Trinity United Methodist Church started the effort for Ukrainian refugees in Washington state displaced by the Russian invasion.
