An irate neighbor’s bulldozer rampage Friday afternoon in the Gales Addition of Port Angeles destroyed several homes and caused more than $300,000 in damages. After searching the debris later Friday afternoon, officers found no victims trapped or injured in the buildings. Barry Swegle was being held for possible charges of assault. He is arraigned today at 1 p.m. May 15.
