Escapee recaptured at Sequim apartment

The Sequim man who fled the Clallam County Courthouse on Jan. 21 was recaptured at 3 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 28 at a Sequim apartment complex.

The Sequim man who fled the Clallam County Courthouse on Jan. 21 was recaptured at 3 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 28 at a Sequim apartment complex. Sean Scott Farren, 20, escaped while at the courthouse for an appearance in Clallam County’s drug court.

Clallam County sheriff’s deputies Ralph Edgington and Brian Knutson and Sequim police officers Rick Larson and Chris Wright obtained a search warrant for the apartment where Farren was staying with his wife. He surrendered without incident and was taken to the Clallam County Jail.
