KSQM sets dedication date

Ethan Wayne, son of celebrated actor John Wayne, has been invited to attend a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Friday, Nov, 8.

Sequim Community Broadcasting, owner of Radio KSQM 91.5FM in Sequim, announces it will hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony for its newly completed broadcast tower and complex located on Blue Mountain, at 1 p.m. Friday Nov. 8. Along with Wayne, mayors from Sequim and Port Angeles, Congressional representatives, county commissioners, police and emergency officials have been invited to attend. Also, the famed and beloved animated television character Gumby will make a cameo appearance to help “flip the power switch” at the new facility.
