Kevin Kane of SHKS Architects will be presenting the results of his needs assessment/feasibility report on the possibility of a larger Sequim Library at the next North Olympic Library System Board of Trustees meeting, set for 5:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 27, at the Port Angeles Library, 2210 S.
