The New Dungeness Light Station Association board of directors recently confirmed the appointment of Judy Newblom of Sequim to serve as board president.  

She has been a member of the association for 14 years and has been involved with lighthouse organizations for nearly 20 years.  

“I look forward to the opportunity of continuing the tradition of providing quality leadership for an organization dedicated to preserving one of America’s maritime treasures,” she said.
