Attendants were friends Pat MacRobbie and Diane Hill-Dwyer.

The bride is a graduate of Washburn University in Topeka, Kan., and is a retired elementary reading specialist from the Tigard/Tualitin School District.

The groom is a graduate of West Valley College in Saratoga, Calif., and is an IT Integration Specialist with Collaborative Solutions of Reston, Va.

The couple are making their home in Sequim.
