Philanthropic Educational Organization (PEO) and their guests from across the North Olympic Peninsula gathered at 7 Cedars Casino for a luncheon on Oct. 17.

The program identified all thirteen chapters — aka “The Thirteen Jewels” — on the peninsula, and announced the date each Chapter was established.

Women with 50-plus years of membership in PEO were announced and received a round of applause. PEO is devoted to promoting and funding education for women on a local, national and international basis.
