Soroptimists give award for Kasinger’s ‘Dream’

Live Your Dream is the new name given to the Women’s Opportunity Award program and assists women who provide the primary financial support for their families. In addition, eligible applicants also must be enrolled in, or have been accepted to, a vocational skills training program or undergraduate degree program. The monetary award can be used to offset any expense associated with education. Kasinger is a student at Peninsula College in the Medical Assisting program and is raising two small children.
