Very Important People lunches are scheduled at noon Fridays, May 7-28, at The Dove’s Nest, 139 W. Washington St., Sequim.

The lunches include an opportunity to learn about and taste raw foods and an introduction to other Common Sense Nutritional Therapy classes, products and services.

A $5 minimum donation is requested.

A bread class will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, May 15, at the bakery, 262 Craig Heights Lane, Sequim.

The cost is $45 per person.

A free food allergy clinic is scheduled 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Monday, May 17, at the Sequim Library, 630 N. Sequim Ave., Sequim.

A free raw food/health tip class meets 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, May 18, in the Fifth Avenue conference room at Fifth Avenue Retirement Center, 500 W. Hendrickson Road, Sequim.

A raw and living food class will be held 10 a.m. Saturday, May 22, at the bakery, 262 Craig Heights Lane, Sequim.

The cost is $35.

A free nutritions basics class is offered at 10 a.m. Saturday, May 29, in the First Federal conference room, First Federal in Sequim Village, 1201 W. Washington St., Sequim.
