Peninsula College hosts an Honors Symposium, set to take place at 10 a.m. on Monday, May 20, at Keegan Hall, room M-125 on the college’s campus at 1502 E. Laurdisen Blvd., Port Angeles.
From 10 a.m.-noon, attendees will have the opportunity to see presentations of the Honors Program Capstone Projects.
This event will provide a platform for students — Anabel Moore, Asia Perrine, Nicholas Shoup and Solas McGruther — to present their achievements as part of the Peninsula College Honors Program.
The symposium, organizers note, serves as “a testament to the dedication and scholarly pursuits of Peninsula College’s exceptional students.”
Throughout the academic year, the students delved into a wide array of subjects, conducting original research and exploring artistic expressions.
“We are immensely proud of the accomplishments of our Honors Program students,” said Peninsula College instructors John Anderson and Barbara Blackie. “The symposium is a celebration of their hard work, creativity, and intellectual curiosity.”
