The public is invited to a special memorial service from 1:30-3 p.m. Sunday, May 26, at the Captain Joseph House, 1108 S. Oak St., Port Angeles. Men and women from all branches of the military who have died serving their nation will be honored. This memorial service also will pay special tribute to three Green Beret Soldiers of ODA #3333, Ft. Bragg, N.C.; Cpt. Joseph Schultz, SFC Marty Apolinar and SS Aaron Blasjo, with the upcoming two-year anniversary of their deaths in Afghanistan on Sunday, May 29, 2011.
