Sequim resident Monty J. Robuck, 55, was arrested by Clallam County Sheriff’s deputies on April 25 on a $5,000 warrant for charges of four counts of delivery of methamphetamine.

The delivery charges were the result of an Olympic Peninsula Narcotics Enforcement Team investigation in the Sequim area during the summer of 2013 during which the team developed probable cause to believe that Robuck delivered methamphetamine to OPNET members on four occasions, totaling over 74 grams; the delivery charges also include a further charge of delivery near a school zone.

Robuck’s previous criminal history includes three felony drug convictions and one felony burglary conviction.
