A world traveler and she’s not even in high school.
Maeve Harris, the daughter of Thomas Harris and Kate Reavey, is the Rotary Middle School Student of the Month, as named by the Sequim Sunrise Rotary last week.
Harris was born and raised in Sequim. Last year, she spent her second semester of school in Italy.
In school, Harris likes science, language arts and drama.
Outside of the classroom, she plays soccer (on a select team), plays the piano and sings.
“I like to travel, read, listen to music and spend time with my family and friends,” Harris says.
She also is involved in Science Fair.
Her goals are to attend Stanford University, play college soccer and become an environmental engineer.
