A steady stream of people came with the rain to the fourth Public Safety Fair sponsored by the Sequim Police Department.

More than 25 local and statewide agencies provided free information and services for attendees at Carrie Blake Park.

The rain outside the Guy Cole Convention Center kept participant numbers down for the car seat check but Sequim Masonic Lodge’s Child Identification Program and others remained consistent with years previous.

Masons take and produce samples for identifying children, Alzheimer’s patients and others in case they are reported missing.

Last year, they documented more than 80 children for the program.
