On Monday, Jan. 6, at 6 p.m., the Sequim Library will present the third program in its Food for Thought series. Ryan and Sarah McCarthey, owners of Dungeness Valley Creamery in Sequim, will discuss “Why Raw Milk?” The McCartheys are second-generation farmers and owners of Sequim’s raw milk dairy, Dungeness Valley Creamery.
