Inge Irma Erbenich

March 21, 1929 – August 15, 2015

Inge Irma Erbenich, and 86 year old resident of Sequim, Washington, passed away August 15, 2015 due to liver failure.

Mrs. Erbenich was born to Philip and Philipina Leitzbach in Pfeddersheim, Germany March 21, 1929.

She attended school in Germany until she reached the equivalent of 12th grade.

She married Karl Erbenich December 21, 1949 but sadly he passed away in August of 2009.

Mrs. Erbenich was a homemaker and loved to sew, knit, and bake cakes.

She was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist church and very much enjoyed participating in community service there.

Survivors include sons Gary (Donna) Erbenich of Kelowna B.C. Canada, Alfred (Rhonda) Erbenich of Walla Walla, Washington, Norman (Connie) Erbenich of Maple Valley Washington, and Gordon Erbenich of Seattle, Washington; daughter Lorika Erbenich of Sequim; 8 grandchildren; 9 great-grand children; many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her sister Erna Kirchner of Germany, infant son Gabriel, parents Philip Leitzbach and Philipina Leitzbach of Germany.

A celebration of Inge’s life will be held Saturday, October 3, 2015, 4:00 P.M. at Sequim Seventh Day Adventist Church, 30 Sanford Ln., Sequim, WA 98382.
