Milton Lynch

April 27, 1934- April 25, 2023

Milton Eldon Lynch, born 1934 to Roy Milton Lynch and Lois Winifred Norris, lived most of his life in Sequim, graduated in 1952 from Sequim High School, worked as a retail clerk for 28 years and for Swain’s for 10 years.

Milton was a respected member of Peninsula Evangelical Friends Church, of Gideons International and was an Honorary Sequim Pioneer in 2016.

Milton is survived by his wife of almost 70 years, Mary Emma Bowden, 3 sons, 16 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren. A daughter preceded him in death.

Born May 17 at French Hospital in Los Angeles, CA.

Gordon spent his youth in Highland Park, CA. And served in the Army in the 1970’s. Gordon owned the meat department in a grocery in Manhattan Beach, CA, and in 2000 Gordon and his wife, Delmarie, moved from Manhattan Beach, CA. To Sequim, WA.

Gordon worked as a part time meatcutter at QFC in Sequim, Port Townsend, and Port Hadlock.

Gordon loved to fish, root for the Seahawks, and cook, and he was a great cook.

Gordon fought a good fight as he suffered the ravages of losing both of his legs because of diabetes. He was a fighter and his positivity always prevailed. Gordon never complained. He was a kind and loving man and will be dearly missed.

Gordon passed away peacefully in Sequim, WA on March 31, 2023, surrounded by his family: his son Lynn W. True and wife Leslie and grandson Ian True of Carpinteria, CA; his sister Kathrine Brunn and husband Skip Roberts of Trabuco Canyon, CA; nephew Michael Brunn and wife Suzy of Woodinville, WA, and is loving wife Delmarie. He is also survived by grandchildren Haley V. True and Derek B. True of Carpinteria, CA as well as nephew David Brunn and wife Debbie of Irvine, CA.

He was predeceased by his father Lynn W True, mother Marie Moore, and sister Bess True.

RIP Gordon. You are loved.

Cora Ann Nesbitt

Cora Ann Nesbitt of Sequim died on April 27, 2023.

She was 81.

Nesbitt was born June 23, 1941.

At the family’s request, there will be no services.
