For over 14 years, Sarge’s Veteran Support has been a beacon of hope for vulnerable veterans across the Olympic Peninsula. Since August 2011, our organization has worked to ensure that those who served our country receive the care, resources, and community support they deserve.
Through comprehensive programs and unwavering commitment, Sarge’s has established itself as an essential lifeline for Veterans facing challenges ranging from homelessness and mental health struggles to employment difficulties and social isolation.
Our agency’s impact extends far beyond basic assistance, offering holistic support that addresses the complex needs of Veterans transitioning to civilian life or facing unexpected hardships.
Sarge’s Veteran Support has built strong partnerships throughout the Olympic Peninsula, creating a network of resources that include transitional housing, permanent housing, mental health support, and emergency financial aid.
We know that each Veteran’s journey is unique, requiring personalized solutions and long-term commitment to achieve lasting positive outcomes.
Community support has been instrumental in enabling Sarge’s to expand its reach and deepen its impact over the years.
Local businesses, civic organizations, and individual donors have rallied behind our mission, understanding that supporting veterans is not just a moral imperative but an investment in the strength and character of the entire Olympic Peninsula community.
This grassroots support has allowed us to adapt and grow, meeting emerging needs while maintaining the sense of family that makes our services so effective.
To celebrate our continued mission and raise vital funds for ongoing programs, Sarge’s Veteran Support invites the community to our annual gala on Saturday, Oct. 11, from 5-8 p.m. at the 7 Cedars Casino, 270756 Highway 101 in Sequim.
This special evening will feature dinner, an auction with auctioneer and veteran Jerry Fine, and the opportunity to hear directly from veterans whose lives have been transformed through the organization’s work.
The event serves as both a celebration of the progress made and a rallying call for continued community involvement.
The success of Sarge’s Veteran Support depends entirely on the generosity and engagement of Olympic Peninsula residents who understand the importance of caring for those who served.
Every donation, volunteer hour, and act of support directly translates into improved lives for local veterans and their families.
As Sarge’s looks toward the future, our message remains clear: with continued community backing, no veteran on the Olympic Peninsula will face their challenges alone.
