‘Big Dill’ bash at Carrie Blake

Janie Dicus, Ron Halpen, Sue Zennan and Carmi Standish play a doubles pickleball match during the Sequim Picklers’ “Big Dill” novice tournament at Carrie Blake Park on Aug. 8. There were 30 participants in the tournament’s initial round-robin stage, plus more interested members standing by to fill in a spot in case someone had to pull out. The Picklers play at the pickleball courts at Carrie Blake Park every Tuesday and Thursday, and for more information on the organization you can go to sequimpicklers.net.
