Sequim’s boys basketball got a stiff order to open the Olympic League season. Despite a pair of close games, the Wolves fell to 0-2 to open their league campaign.

Sequim dropped a 53-46 decision at Bremerton on Dec. 7.

The Wolves followed that with a nearly identical 53-45 loss at Olympic on Dec. 9, despite holding a 38-20 lead at halftime.

The Wolves were scheduled to play at North Kitsap on Dec. 13 — results were not available at press time.

Sequim hosts Kingston on Dec. 16 and Centralia on Dec. 20 before playing a pair of non-league games in Seattle on Dec. 28-29.
