Sequim’s fastpitch squad (10-1 in league and 12-2 overall) fastpitch team followed a rare misstep loss on Friday, April 18, to win three in a row last week including a 4-1 win in Bremerton on April 25.
Makayla Bentz pitched seven innings for the win striking out seven and recording an RBI single.
Allysen Montelius led all Sequim batters going 2-3 and Maryly Clift hit an in-the-park homerun.
Sequim also slammed North Kitsap 12-0 on April 21 and 11-0 on April 23.
The Wolves varsity and JV squads hosted Port Angeles on Monday, April 28, for a special cancer awareness game. The varsity team travels to Olympic on Wednesday and host North Mason and Bremerton on May 2 and 5.
