Six Klahhane Level 3 gymnasts participated in the North Sectional qualifying meet at Northshore Gymnastics on April 12.

The top 60 girls qualified on to the State Compulsory competition with three Klahhane gymnasts advancing.

Cindy Liang led the Klahhane qualifiers with an all-around score of 36.125 points, taking fourth in the Senior B age group and 26th overall. Samantha Robbins and Dylan Baermann also qualified with all-around scores of 34.825 and 34.125 points, respectively. Liang, Robbins and Baermann will compete at the Spring Compulsory State Championships at Pierce College in Lakewood on May 1.

Also participating in the sectional competition were Elena Gonzales, Kinzley Henrickson and Taryn Johnson.
