It took all five sets, but the Lazer Cats earned a come-from-behind win the championship game of the Port Angeles Parks & Recreation coed league against Gone Squatchin’ on Feb. 29.

The Lazer Cats won 17-25, 9-25, 25-18, 25-14 and 15-4. The team includes Christie Lassen, Monica Yockey, Patsene Dashiell, Ivan Sorensen, Monique Brasher, Michael Dashiell, Brian Pace and Leighton Pace.

The league’s third/fourth-place match also went five sets, with 7 Cedars Casino defeating The Blackbird Coffeehouse 21-25, 25-21, 25-15, 18-25, 15-12.
