Organizers of the Friends of Olympic Christian School’s second Charity Golf Tournament say the event was a big success. The tourney, held July 19 at The Cedars at Dungeness golf course in Sequim, saw 100 golfers competing in scramble format for as much as $40,000 in prizes. Each par 3 had a hole-in-one prize worth at least $5,000 and a Scion vehicle up for grabs on one hole, though no golfers were fortunate enough to ace their way to a top prize.
