Mountaineers snap streak with win

The Port Angeles-Sequim Mountaineers middle school lacrosse team earned a 10-1 win against Kitsap on March 15, marking the team’s first win in its three seasons of existence. The team consists of 10 Sequim players and three Port Angeles-area players. “The team worked extremely hard and are thrilled over this accomplishment,” head coach Lee Biladeau said.

SHS varsity players and coaches provide instruction. Cost is $20 and includes a baseball cap, drink and snack. For more information, call 582-3600.
