Jones scores fourth club title

Jeff Jones earned his fourth men’s club championship — and third in a row — at The Cedars at Dungeness on Aug. 18-19, shooting a 2-under-par 142 (70-72) over two days to edge former club champ Sid Krumpe (69-75) by two shots.

Marcus Coventon, playing out of the second light, earned the men’s club net championship with a two-day score of 141 (68-73) for a two-shot win over Kohry Chaney (72-71).
