Registration for Sequim Junior Soccer’s fall season is open now, with divisions from U4 mini ballers (birth year 2018) up to U15 (birth year 2007).

Bear, Grubb help Wilder squad in rout

Sequim High baseball stars Connor Bear and Michael Grubb contributed to the damage to help the Wilder Senior summer baseball club clobber Siskiyou 15-0 in five innings at a tournament in Eureka,Calif., on July 10.

Conner Bear was 2-for-3 with a triple, three runs scored, two stolen bases, a hit-by-pitch and an RBI. Grubb was 3-for-3 with a run scored and two RBIs.

Wilder Sr. is next scheduled to play four games at the Nate Steffens Memorial Tournament beginning Friday, July 16, at Skagit Valley Community College in Mount Vernon.
