Two junior golf camps — one for youths ages 5-9, the other for youths ages 10-16 — are scheduled for July 25-27 at The Cedars at Dungeness golf course, 1965 Woodcock Road, Sequim.

The camp for ages 5-9 runs from 9-11:30 a.m. Monday-Tuesday, July 25-26, and from 10 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Wednesday, July 27. The camp for ages 10-16 is from 1-4 p.m. on July 25-26, and from 2:30-6 p.m. on July 27.

In both camps, the first two days coaches rotate between teaching putting, chipping, full swings and etiquette. On the final day, the 5-9 ages camp has a five-hole tournament, followed by a pizza party. The camp with 10-16-year-olds features a four- to nine-hole tournament (based on age) followed by a cookout and awards presentation.

Cost of each camp is $75 per player, which includes teaching fees, green fees, range balls, post-tourney meal, awards, snacks and a gift.

Space is limited to the first 45 children.
