Reason for selection: “Kaitlin placed eighth at the district cross country meet with a time of 20:56.4 to qualify for the state meet in Pasco this weekend.”

• Boys — Connor Bear

Class: Senior

Team: Sequim High boys tennis

Head coach: Mark Textor

Reason for selection: “Connor took fourth place in the league tennis tournament to advance to district. His placement at districts gave the Wolves two singles players finishing in the top four in the league.”

Oct. 18-23

• Girls — Addie Smith

Class: Senior

Team: Sequim High girls soccer

Head coach: Ken Garling

Reason for selection: “Addie recorded two shutouts as the goalie of the soccer team. She held Bremerton scoreless in a 6-0 win and two days later she held Kingston scoreless in another 6-0 win.”

• Boys — Pryce Glasser

Class: Senior

Team: Sequim High football

Head coach: Erik Wiker

Reason for selection: “Pryce is the leader of the offensive line and scored a touchdown on the towel play versus Kingston.”
