High flying flags

At least 15 cars displaying American flags were backed into the Sequim High School parking lot facing North Sequim Avenue during the school day on Oct. 31. The large display was organized by Sequim High School senior Garrett Wehr and other students from the Sequim High School Class of 2018 and a few juniors. “The students of SHS love their country and are proud of it, and aren’t afraid to show it,” Wehr said. Many cars pulled over on North Sequim Avenue on Oct. 31 to take photos of the display.
