Volunteer Hospice of Clallam County offers two monthly orientations for anyone interested in volunteering with the organization.

Orientations are set for the first Thursday of every month in Carlsborg, and the first Friday of every month in Port Angeles.

May sessions are scheduled for Thursday, May 3, from 11-noon in Carlsborg (call 360-775-7806 for directions) and Friday, May 4, from 10-11 a.m. at 810 S. Albert St, behind the VHOCC office on Eighth Street. Reception desk positions are currently open in Port Angeles. Volunteers answer and transfer calls, greet visitors, donors, and people in need of borrowing equipment. Training is offered as necessary. Contact the Volunteer Services Manager for more information about this and other volunteer positions.
