County treasurer hosts online surplus sale

The Clallam County Treasurer’s Office will be having another “Online Surplus Sale.” The auction includes dump trucks, snowplows, tractors, cars, pickup trucks, a travel trailer, two quads, a float, chainsaws and various small equipment and miscellaneous items.

The sale will be online only, with the auction starting Tuesday, July 30, and ending Friday, Aug. 9, at 4:30 p.m. View the items for sale on the county website at www.clallam.net; click on “Online services,” then “Sale of Surplus Property.”

Potential bidders must pre-register online with Public Surplus at www.publicsurplus.com. Bidders must have an e-mail address and a credit card in order to place a bid. A public viewing of all of the items is scheduled for 9 a.m.-4 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 6, at the Clallam County Road Department office, 1033 W. Lauridsen Blvd., Port Angeles.
