Vehicle prowl sentencing

A 17-year-old Sequim boy will serve 12 months probation after he was found guilty of four counts of vehicle prowl and one count of theft. Deputies with the Clallam County Sheriff’s Office said the boy and another teenage accomplice entered numerous vehicles around the Old Olympic Highway/Elizabeth Lane area as well as the Dominion Terrace area July 10 through July 12, stealing items from inside. Among the items stolen were GPS units, car speakers, a camera, a bottle of spiced rum and money, deputies said.
