Help OPHS shelters

The number of animals is rising at the Olympic Peninsula Humane Society shelter and items such as non-clumping cat litter, bleach, paper towels and liquid laundry detergent are needed. At the new property on Old Olympic Highway, needs include garden hoses, weed killer, gardening tools and a riding lawn mower. Drop off supplies at the shelter, 2105 West Highway 101, Port Angeles, from 11 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Tuesday-Saturday. Call 457-8206.
