Suspect sentenced in OPNET case

Phillip R. Bushnell, 31, of Sequim, was sentenced to serve 24 months probation by a Clallam County Superior Court judge on May 8.
Bushnell pleaded guilty on April 17 to three counts of delivery of methamphetamine.
Bushnell’s guilty plea was the result of an OPNET investigation during which Bushnell delivered methamphetamine to OPNET on Oct. 4, Oct. 15 and Oct. 30, 2012, in and near Sequim.
Bushnell’s criminal history includes a 2001 conviction for delivery of methamphetamine.
