Community members came together Tuesday morning to make short work of Thanksgiving dinner for hundreds of Sequim residents at the Sequim Food Bank, 144 W. Alder St. Volunteers with Sequim Seventh-day Adventist Church, Trinity United Methodist Church, Mountain View Christian School, Sequim Sunrise Rotary and Sequim Noon Rotary packed 800 bags of food on Nov. 19 in 29 minutes. Thanksgiving baskets will be distributed from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Friday, Nov. 22, and Saturday, Nov. 23, and from noon-4 p.m. Monday, Nov. 25.
