Put some jingle in your jazz this year while helping a great cause at the third annual Jingle Jazz concert, set for 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 9, in Peninsula College’s Little Theater.
This year’s program features PC’s Vocal Jazz Ensemble and offers tunes for audiences of all ages that feature jazz standards like “Mack the Knife” and traditional holiday fare such as “Baby It’s Cold Outside.”
This year’s guest soloist is renowned jazz singer Greta Matassa. She has been voted “Northwest Vocalist of the Year” by Earshot Jazz seven times in 15 years. Advance tickets are $10; get them at pencol.edu/foundation or www.jinglejazz2015.brownpapertickets.com.
