The Dec. 4 First Friday Art Walk color theme is gold with Mia Bella and Olympic Lavender Co. joining the event.

The Dec. 4 First Friday Art Walk color theme is gold.

Gold is the color of the star Sol as people celebrate the Winter Solstice and the return of the sun during December. Find works of art and folks supporting the option to dress in shades of gold or interpretations of this festive time of year to celebrate harmony, illumination and hope.

First Friday Art Walk Sequim is a free, self-guided tour of local art venues in Sequim on the First Friday of every month from 5-8 p.m. Visit online at www.sequimartwalk.com to download and print a map, find special events, links and how to be part of art.
