On Saturday, July 14, Clallam County Master Gardener Bill Wrobel leads a "Walk and Talk in the Garden" at 10 a.m. in the Master Gardener Demonstration Garden, 2711 Woodcock Road, Sequim.
He examines what is happening in Clallam County vegetable, flower and ornamental gardens and provides timely advice to gardeners about what needs to be done in the garden this month, procedures for selected tasks and solutions to common problems.
With more than 30 years’ gardening experience, Wrobel has been a Master Gardener since 1984. A popular gardening speaker and a contributor to “Get It Growing” in the Sequim Gazette, he is featured each month, along with Judy English and Jeanette Stehr-Green, on KONP’s Gardening Show with Todd Ortloff.
The "Walk and Talk" series is ideal for Master Gardener interns, gardeners new to the Pacific Northwest or those just starting a garden.
