The North Olympic Library System (NOLS) hosts four virtual Book Discussion Group meetings monthly, open to all. Registration through nols.org/book-discussion-groups (or call or visit the library for assistance) is required to receive the Zoom meeting information.
Paperback copies of the titles will be available for pick up any time after the current month’s discussions at the Sequim Library, 630 N. Sequim Ave., or the Port Angeles Library, 2210 S. Peabody St. (see notations), on a first-come, first-served basis.
Copies in other formats such as large print, book on CD, and eBook may also be available to request through the NOLS catalog at nols.org.
The January 2022 Book Discussion schedule includes:
• 2nd Saturday Book Discussion Group — “The Storied Life of A.J. Fikry by Gabrielle Zevin, 3 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 8; paperback copies available at the Sequim Library
• 2nd Tuesday Book Discussion Group — “One Hundred Years of Solitude” by Gabriel García Márquez, 11 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 11; paperback copies available at the Port Angeles Library
• Novel Conversations Book Discussion Group — “Dark Matter” by Blake Crouch, 4 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 26; paperback copies available at the Sequim Library
• Wednesday Evening Book Discussion Group — “Dinner with Edward” by Isabel Vincent, 6 p.m. (new group time) Wednesday, Jan. 26; paperback copies available at the Port Angeles Library
