The City of Sequim is accepting applications for musical performers and food vendors for the 2022 Independence Day Celebration at Carrie Blake Community Park, 202 N. Blake Ave., on July 4, city officials announced last week.
Two performing groups will be selected to play in the James Center for Performing Arts bandshell leading up to a scheduled fireworks show at 10 p.m.
Musical performers of all genres are encouraged to apply, organizers said.
Food vendors will be selected to provide food and non-alcoholic beverages from 3-10 p.m. Food and beverage vendors will be located outside near the bandshell, with power available.
All activities will be outside, but participants are encouraged to comply with all current Clallam County health safety recommendations while attending the event, organizers said.
